Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@nijinest.co.za. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please photograph your item/s and attach them when emailing us.
Please note that if your return is accepted we will arrange through PUDO and contact you with return instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order the moment you receive it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item/s. This is to make sure we can rectify any issues. We have the right to refuse returns on damaged goods if only contacted after 30 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom/special orders or limited edition items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you will be offered store credit. If you would like a cash refund instead, you will be refunded the amount for the item/s through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your refund amount excludes shipping costs. It can take some additional time for your bank to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nijinest.co.za.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted at our discretion and are on a per item basis. We will be in touch with you personally regarding exchanges. Please note there may be additional charges for shipping costs.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted up until delivery has been arranged. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted
We have the right to refuse returns.
